However, product appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, production method, garment type, fabric, dye, print placement, and manufacturing tolerances.

Colors, print size, print placement, garment fit, and product appearance may vary slightly from photos, mockups, previews, or digital renderings shown on the website.

We do not guarantee that the appearance, fit, feel, color, or quality of any product will exactly match your expectations or appear exactly as displayed on your screen.

3. Made-to-Order Products

All Guillotine Fiend products are made to order. This means items are produced after an order is placed and are not mass-stocked in advance.

Because each item is produced specifically for an order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors, change of mind, buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or preference-based reasons.

Please review product descriptions, size guides, measurements, colors, shipping information, and order details carefully before placing your order.

Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible under applicable law. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

Guillotine Fiend reserves the right to accept, decline, cancel, limit, or modify an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, payment issues, product availability, shipping restrictions, pricing errors, inaccurate information, or violations of these Terms.

Your order is not considered accepted until we confirm the order and process payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because products are made to order, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation or change requests after an order has been accepted, sent to production, fulfilled, or shipped.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Guillotine Fiend currently ships only within North America.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Production time and shipping time are separate. Because products are made to order, your order may require production time before it ships.

We are not responsible for delays caused by production partners, shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, incorrect addresses, service interruptions, holidays, carrier backlogs, or events outside our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery attempts, or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Orders placed outside our available shipping regions may be canceled and refunded if we are unable to fulfill them.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Because all Guillotine Fiend products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors, change of mind, buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or preference-based reasons.

Do not send items back without prior approval. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
