Shipping policy
Every Guillotine Fiend piece is made to order. Your item is produced after you place your order — not pulled from a warehouse. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.
Most orders arrive after production within the carrier's estimated delivery window shown at checkout
Estimated Delivery Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (US): 5–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Total estimated time from order to delivery: 8–28 business days depending on your location. These are estimates — actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or customs processing.
Tracking Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email used at checkout. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect after the label is created.
International Orders & Customs We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Guillotine Fiend has no control over customs processing times or fees.
Sizing Because all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for sizing errors. Please review the size guide and product notes carefully before placing your order.
